Last updated: September 5, 2026. DavidAI Systems operates davidaisystems.com and provides AI-assisted marketing engagements for service businesses.
What we collect
Contact information. When you email ops@davidaisystems.com or book an intro, we receive your name, email address, and anything you choose to tell us about your business.
Client engagement data. During an engagement we may receive business details, website content, brand assets, and account access needed to run the agent pipeline on your behalf. We use this only to deliver the scope you approved.
Usage data. This site is served by Cloudflare Pages, which may process standard request logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and performance. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share client data with third parties except the service providers required to deliver the work (hosting, email delivery such as Google Workspace and Amazon SES, and payment processing such as Stripe). We do not use client engagement data to train public AI models.
How we use information
To respond to inquiries, scope and deliver engagements, operate the agent pipeline under your direction, send service communications, and meet legal or tax obligations.
Payments
Engagement fees are processed by Stripe. When you pay, Stripe processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. We never see or store full card numbers.
Data retention and access
We keep engagement records for as long as needed to deliver the work, satisfy legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing ops@davidaisystems.com. We will respond within a reasonable period and honor deletion requests unless we are required to retain the records.
Security
Client credentials and API keys are stored in restricted access vaults, not in source code. Access is limited to the operator. This site is served over HTTPS.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new date. Material changes affecting clients will be communicated directly.
