How the review cycle actually works
Every agent output passes through an operator review step in the admin interface before it reaches you. Here is the sequence:
- Agent runs. The pipeline completes a task: SERP research, site build, social calendar, outreach sequence, or phone-attendant setup.
- Operator reviews. Matthew reads the output, makes editorial corrections, and either approves or sends it back through the agent with notes.
- You see it. The approved output lands in your client view for a final feedback round. If you request changes, Matthew makes them.
- It deploys. Only after your sign-off does anything go live, publish to Meta, or send from your mailbox.
